These terms apply to your use of amethystsandartisans.net and any purchase from La Amatista LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
Our minerals, crystals and jewelry are natural and often one of a kind. Colors, sizes and appearance may vary slightly from photos because of natural variation, lighting and screen differences. Weights and measurements are approximate. Curated collections are chosen individually, and photos show examples.

Our products are offered for their beauty and personal meaning. Any descriptions of energy, intention or well-being reflect tradition and personal experience. They are not medical claims and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll issue a full refund.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by our payment provider.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Free shipping applies where stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers your order. For damage during shipping, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and to separate terms we provide when you register.
